1) WHO CAN AND CAN’T ATTEND MY SWING PARTIES?
Answer: Adult Single Hung Males, Single Females and Couples of all races who are between the ages of 21 and 45 and who are attractive and fit (or at least have above average looks and shape) may attend my Swing Parties. If you’re under 21 years old or are obese, please don’t ask or try to attend my Swing Parties. Guest may not bring Friends who are under 21 years old or who are undesirably looking. Sorry but No Gay or Bi-Males, Transsexuals, Hippie’s, Fully Tattooed Bodies, Gang Bangers, Want-A-Be-Gang Bangers or Individuals who look, act, speak or dress too Street. Guest must be classy, sociable, considerate, polite, respectful, honest and clean. Guest who attend my Swing Parties expect to maintain an attractive, fit and well mannered guest list and I do my best to honor this commitment. However, I do sincerely apologize to those who cannot attend my Swing Parties because they don’t meet the expectations listed above.

2) HOW TO GET INVITED TO MY SWING PARTIES?

Answer: Please don’t ask to be on my guest list or attend my Swing Parties if you don’t meet the expectations listed above (question #1). To be added to my Invite List, just go to the “Contact Page” and follow the very simple directions. Once you’re added to my guest list, you will periodically receive invites to my Swing Parties (via email). When you receive a party invitation by email, please read the entire message and when you decide to attend a particular party, then just rsvp by replying back letting me know you plan to attend. Please remember to also check your Bulk Mail Folder and Spam Folder for my party invites (not just your Inbox Folder).

3) WHAT TO WEAR TO MY SWING PARTIES?
Answer: Wear whatever is comfortable for you but of course, the nicer the better. Don’t arrive dressed like the homeless or a gang banger (not too street). After arriving, Guest may change into sexier clothes if they like or even go nude (of course nude is always preferred). Guests are never forced to get nude but most Females will refuse to have oral sex or sexual intercourse with Men who aren’t nude.

4) WHAT TO BRING TO MY SWING PARTIES?

Answer: Bring your own condoms and lube. You should bring whatever you want to drink and eat while at the party. Its also nice to pick-up an extra food dish, snack or drink for the table or the bar. This way, there is a variety of snacks, food dishes and drinks for everyone to enjoy. Drinks can be bottled water, soda, beer, wine or whiskey (easy on the red wine – it stains carpets when spilled).

5) WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT MY SWING PARTIES?
Answer: Please drive slowly and safely in the vicinity of the party location and find a legal parking space to park (and have your music at low volume). Please either leave your valuables at home or hidden and locked in your vehicle (don’t bring valuables to the party). Make sure you enter the party location with everything you need for the party because there’s no going back and forth to your vehicle. Stay inside until you leave to go home (no going in and out). Once you enter the party location, Single Males are asked to take off their shoes (Females may leave their shoes on). Then, bring any food or drink items you brought with you, to the kitchen. Familiarize yourself with the party location and if you like, fix yourself something to drink or snack on. Then, get comfortable and socialize with all who are socializing. You can also just sit and watch porn on the multiple big screen TV’s. And of course, you can watch or join in on most of the sexual activities (the key word is “most”). Always make sure you first have permission to join in on any of the sexual activities. If you’re not sure if it’s ok, then just watch for awhile and get a feel for the situation and when you feel its the appropriate time, simply ask if it’s ok to join in. It’s a Sex Party so don’t be shy, but definitely don’t be pushy.
6) IS LIQUOR, POT AND DRUGS PERMITTED AT MY SWING PARTIES?
Answer: Personally speaking, I dislike cigarette smoke so I don’t smoke and I only drink sociably. I don’t smoke pot and I never take illegal drugs. Liquor is allowed at most of my Swing Parties but is never sold at my parties. I usually ask Single Male Guest to bring their own booze (BYOB) and to bring something extra for the bar – Beer, Wine or Whiskey. Pot and Illegal Drugs are never ever allowed at my Swing Parties and anyone caught with either will be immediately kicked out and will never be allowed to attend any of my future Swing Parties. Do not attend my Swing Parties already drunk or stoned and don’t get drunk or stoned while at my parties. I am very very serious about this issue.
7) ARE GUEST REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN SEXUAL ACTIVITIES?
Answer: No one is ever physically forced to participate in sexual activities at my Swing Parties. Single Females and Couples are allowed to attend without participation, hoping they’ll participate at future Swing Parties. But Single Hung Males attending my “Single Females, Couples And Single Hung Males Only Swing Parties” must participate and not watch only. Single Hung Males who are caught watching only and not ever participating will be kicked out and not allowed to attend any of my future Swing Parties.

8) HOW MANY SINGLE MALES, FEMALES OR COUPLES ATTEND MY SWING PARTIES? HOW MANY TOTAL GUEST? WHAT IS THE FEMALE TO MALE RATIO?
Answer: Single Hung Males can of course attend my “Single Females, Couples And Single Hung Males Only Swing Parties” but are never allowed at my “Bi-Females Only Swing Parties” or my “Single Females And Couples Only Swing Parties”. This also applies to the Males who are on my Couples List who wish to attend without their Female Partner (so please don’t ask).
I ask everyone wanting to attend my Swing Parties to RSVP by emailing me, letting me know that they’re planning to attend a particular party. But there are always guest who RSVP that don’t show for one reason or another and guest that do show who hadn’t previously RSVP’d. Because of this, there is no way to accurately determine how many guests will be attending a particular party. It’s also impossible to determine how many Single Hung Males, Single Females or Couples will be attending a particular party. So please don’t email me, asking any of the above questions.
9) CAN GUEST BRING FRIENDS TO MY SWING PARTIES (MALES AND/OR FEMALES)?
Answer: Single Females and Couples may invite other Single Females and Couples to my Swing Parties, as long as they’re between 21 and 45 years old and are attractive and fit. They can also invite Single Hung Males to my “Single Females, Couples And Single Hung Males Only Swing Parties”, as long as they’re between 21 and 45 years old and are attractive and fit (and Single Hung Males must have Cocks 8 Inches Long Or Longer). Single Hung Males cannot invite other Males to my Swing Parties but can invite Single Females and Couples, as long as they’re between 21 and 45 years old and are attractive and fit. All Guest (including Friends of Guest) must meet the expectations listed in question #1.
10) DO I AND DO ANY OF MY GUESTS MEET WITH OTHERS , FOR ONE-ON-ONES, THREESOMES, ETC?
Answer: I’m very Bi so I often meet with Single Feminine Bi-Females and Couples having a Feminine Bi-Female Partner. And as a Couple (Me and one of my Single Hung Male Playmates), we do often meet with Single Feminine Bi-Females, Couples having a Feminine Bi-Female Partner, Single Straight Females and Couples having a Straight Female Partner (for Threesomes, Foursomes and Moresomes). And I often meet with Attractive and Fit Hung Studs too (for One-On-Ones, Threesomes, Foursomes and Moresomes). But I’m very selective and particular of the Single Males I meet with. Single Hung Males wanting to meet with me in a smaller and more intimate setting must be Attractive, Fit, Hung (8 Plus Inches), Long Lasting, Sexually Talented and must want, can and plan to make me Cum over and over and over again (No Wam Bam & Thank You Mams).

11) ARE MY SWING PARTIES LEGAL AND SAFE TO ATTEND?
Answer: Having Sex amongst consenting adults is legal. My Swing Parties are held within a private home and are free to attend (No Cash, No Fee’s, No Donations). Due to allowing liquor at some of my Swing Parties, I require my guest to be 21 or older (liquor is never sold at any of my parties – its BYOB). I do not allow illegal drugs or pot at any of my Swing Parties and I’m very careful that no one over indulges in alcohol. I have a zero tolerance for guest quarreling at my parties and I do not allow my guest to become rude or disorderly. So yes, my Swing Parties are legal and safe to attend.
12) WHAT ABOUT SAFE SEX AND THE QUALITY OF MY GUEST?
Answer: All Men attending my Swing Parties MUST wear condoms during Sexual Intercourse (a MUST). I’m tested monthly but I do not require guest to be tested. I try to screen new guest before-hand and guest who appear undesirable are not allowed to enter and are quickly asked to leave if they do gain entry.
13) WHERE AND WHEN ARE MY SWING PARTIES? HOW OFTEN?
Answer: All of my Swing Parties are held in southern California. More specifically, most of my Swing Parties are held at my 4000 square foot home in Corona (Riverside County – near the 15 fwy and between the 60 and 91 fwys). I also host Swing Parties in Los Angeles County and Orange County and I’m always seeking for new party locations (LA, Orange, Riverside and San Diego Counties). My larger Swing Parties are held on weekend nights and my smaller swing parties are held on weekday nights (I don’t have a set party schedule). And I do occasionally host smaller daytime Swing Parties too, usually on weekdays.
14) CAN GUEST ARRIVE AT MY SWING PARTIES EARLIER OR LATER THAN THE TIMES SHOWN IN THE INVITATION? CAN GUEST VISIT ME AT MY HOME?
Answer: The answer to this question is usually “NO”. Always arrive between the arrival times (no earlier/no later). Do not ever stop by any of my party locations without prior notice and permission.

15) CAN GUEST TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEO WHILE AT MY SWING PARTIES? CAN I SEND GUEST PHOTO’S OF MYSELF AND/OR OF OTHER GUEST WHO ATTEND MY SWING PARTIES?

Answer: Single Hung Males attending my Swing Parties cannot take photos/video and must not bring still cameras, video cameras, cell phones or pda’s to my parties. Only Single Females and Couples are allowed to take photos/video but the photos/video must only be of themselves and must not have the faces or identity of others. Any Single Males caught taking or even attempting to take photos/video at my Swing Parties will be asked to leave and not allowed to attend any of my future Swing Parties. I don’t have time to send photo’s to everyone so if you want to see photo’s of me, please check out the photos I have on this website. And I do not take photos/video of the Swinging Females and Couples who attend my Swing Parties unless they want me to (I must respect their privacy).

16) DO I HAVE SWINGING EVENTS OTHER THAN ACTUAL SEX PARTIES?
Answer: I do have Swinging Events other than actual Sex Parties. I often attend Private Swing Parties besides my own, Swing Clubs, Night Clubs, Bars, Restaurants, Theaters, Beaches, etc (and I’ll often invite my guest to come along). I also love outside Bar-be-cues, Picnicking, Hiking, Bicycling, Camping, White Water Rafting, Boating, Skiing, Sporting Events, Traveling, Vegas, etc.
